Miro Oballa is a partner at Taylor Oballa Murray Leyland LLP. He has been practicing entertainment law since 2002 in the areas of music, film, television, gaming, new media, sports, and event production.
Miro has extensive experience in all areas of the music industry, including endorsements, recording, publishing, production, management, touring and personality rights. His expertise also extends to film and television in the areas of rights acquisition, rights management, talent representation, production and distribution, and to dispute resolution. He has spoken numerous times at NXNE, CMW and other seminars and events across the country.
In addition to his legal experience, Miro is a former owner of a nightclub and an entertainment company. He applies his entrepreneurial background by providing clients with strategic business planning as well as legal advice.
